How to request a refund

Instant downloads and printables

Try any digital product risk-free for 14 days. If it’s not a perfect fit, simply reach out to me here or send an email to help@simplysmartgardening.com, and I’ll refund your purchase hassle-free. No questions asked.

Online workshops and courses

If you aren’t completely satisfied within the first 30 days of enrolling in an online course or workshop, contact me here or send an email to help@simplysmartgardening.com to let me know why it wasn’t a good fit for you. I’ll refund your purchase, no questions asked.

Memberships

As much as I hate to see you go, I hate it even more when you no longer need something and can’t find a way to cancel. All you have to do is follow the three steps below to cancel.

BEFORE YOU CANCEL: Please note that the platform I use (ThriveCart Learn) doesn’t allow you to cancel now and remain in the membership for the rest of the month. When you cancel your membership, you’ll be removed immediately. I know this is a hassle, but I have no control over it.

How to cancel your membership in three easy steps:

  1. Access your customer hub.
  2. Enter your email address, and ThriveCart will email you a link to view your purchases.
  3. Once logged in, choose “subscriptions” and find your membership. Click cancel.

Mentoring services

I want to ensure that you feel confident and comfortable in your decision to work with me. You can request a refund if:

  • You haven’t started your mentoring sessions and wish to cancel.
  • You’ve already started your sessions and are dissatisfied after the first session. You may request a refund within seven days from the date of your first session.
